PANORAMIC VIEW:

Terah and his family left Ur close to where the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers meet and traveled to Haran. While in Haran Abram ( ) was told by God to leave his relatives and father's home and go to a land which God would give him. At 75 Abram left Haran. Abram took Lot a nephew.

Abram is described as a man of faith. His walk of faith grew and develop over a twenty-five plus year period.
