Create a site which allowed for the developer the greatest amount of flexibility in using the material is a wide variety of setting. See "Chunking"

Thoughts on WWW Education

  1. 3WE incorporates the information using some of the WWW information retrieval techniques and traditional education methods.
  2. You will be exposed to many types of information.
  3. You will be required to develop discrimination skills in determining the accuracy of information you discover on the WWW.
  4. As with all courses the most important question is WHAT DO YOU WANT OUT OF THE COURSE? All the greatest technology, instructors, resources, and facilities are dependent upon your readiness and willingness to learn and discover.
  5. Link to Interned Education Sites

Borrowing Software

Students should be very careful about STEALING SOFTWARE, often called borrowing. The individuals who create the software deserve having their services reimbursed. In the Old Testament the poor were allowed to glean in the fields. The trouble with gleaning software is you must take the "WHOLE FIELD." We have no right to consider software developers as generous as Boaz.

PC Magazine October 22, 1996 says, "The true winner of the browser wars is the one who uses both Netscape Navigator 3.0 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 to access the web. CGI ACTION FORM

After much searching I found this site at the University of Kentucky which allowed a "novice" to create a form for students to send in their assignment for the Internet class.

BOOKS & MAGAZINES

INTERNET SITES

Many are not creating and enhancing sites. More and more beauty.. More and more snow. More and more deep snow to plow through. .More and deeper graphics. I am certain that in time I will create my own "snow making machine." BUT, for now the deeper, prettier mentality only frustrates me with my 33.6 and a very busy WWW.
